This is our 2nd time using them, and all though there was a few glitches with the job as it was a large job, their customer service and response to any concerns is bar none. They responded right away to remediate any speed bumps we ran into. Everyone from their installers to manager and front office strive to make sure you are happy with the job done. We chose to get our roof replaced but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go through with it .Rusco made the process very simple and easy for us to understand we were unsure if we want to commit to submitting a insurance claim since we have never done it before. But once we noticed how much money they had save us we were very grateful that we gave them a chance. Roofs definitely don’t cost what they used to everything is expensive now a days but thankfully we came across Rusco. The roofing crew was awesome I couldn’t believe how efficiently they worked. Recently on the advice from a neighbor, I inquired with Rusco Windows in regards to storm damage my home suffered earlier this year. I contacted one of Rusco’s representatives Jim Cowell. Jim was very informative and willing to stop by and asses my home to see if there was any damage he determined had come from a storm. After his assessment he determined that I in fact could make a claim with my insurance for my roof, gutters, and downspouts. At that point Jim spoke with my insurance on my behalf to start the process of making the claim. Once my insurance was able to send one of their representatives it was determined that I did in fact have a legitimate claim for storm damage. At that point, I set up a time to meet with Jim to discuss my options and finalize some paperwork to approve the repairs to my home. Jim and his company applied for the work permit and took care of everything. Within a very short period time from signing the contract I had a beautiful new roof, gutters, and downspouts on my home. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Rustco Windows and their rep Jim Cowell to anyone needing repairs to their home.

In May we had a hail storm, we had two different roofers come and assist us with our insurance company. Both times we were denied. We then called Rusco Windows and doors. We spoke with Jim and he assured us he could get us approved. Within two weeks, Jim and Rusco got us approved for a new roof and skylight. The roof will be completed by the end October. Replaced 38 year old patio door with Pella. Wait time about 8 weeks and installers great in August 2024. A fee minor glitches, but Tom and Bryn tended to the matter in record time, as well as Pella’s service team. Carolyn, office personnel, is so understanding, friendly, and on top of issues.We replaced all our house windows 5-7 years ago from Rusco, so you can see that we value their knowledge, service, concern, product, price, and local business.

Rusco recently finished a window project for our first home. The entire team was wonderful. Tom and Bryn, came for the estimate, and really educated us on the process, and what we needed. It didnt feel like a sales pitch, it felt like family trying to help you understand the issues, and the solutions. Tom also really worked with on our budget, and was able tailor something that worked for us. The installation. couldn't have gone smoother. The installers were personable, but still professional. They worked like a well oiled machine, and their work was high quality. They were also very respectable of our home, covering or moving anything that was needed. They cleaned up after themselves so well, I think it was cleaner when they left (I have a toddler) than it was before they came. The cherry on top is Carolyn, in the office. Every single person at Rusco is wonderful, and made the entire process a breeze!

I just used Rusco to replace all the windows in my house. They were truly an incredible company to work with from start to finish. For example, a section of downspout was damaged during the first day of install and before I could even mention it to them they showed up on the second day with a new piece and replaced it. My husband and I are so excited to share our review of Rusco Windows and Doors! We just completed a siding project on March 28, 2024. Prior to that we had worked with Rusco to replace some large casement windows in our home.There are many companies out there who advertise how cost efficient they are and cost is indeed a factor. But being homeowners for over 25 years, we have learned that "you get what you pay for". A product that stands behind their name and reputation like Pella and Royal Woodland are important and it is their products that we chose for our home. But what is more important is the quality and craftmanship of the work, the service provided when there are questions and the detail that you see every time you look at the finished product. The products and craftmanship we have received over the years is second to none as my Pella windows were installed by artisans who have been in the trades for years. The windows have never leaked and I have never had to call Rusco back to service them. That is "peace" of mind and that is why I would not let any other company touch our beloved home but them.Rusco treats your home as if they live in it. The project that we just recently completed was huge as it was changing the original 25 year old aluminum siding to vinyl. It took two weeks between the rains to replace the siding, soffit and fascia. Part of this required that Rusco work with our insurance company since there was damage due to wind and hail. But they were on top of every aspect of this process as we navigated through some new territory on both our parts. I hope the pictures I have attached speak for themselves as to why you should work with RuscoYour home is among the most expensive purchases you will ever make. But its more than a structure. The team of individuals (Arnold, sales; Carolyn, project support), and the installation guys made sure things were right for me. Arnold is excellent on hearing customer needs, suggesting affordable options, and responsiveness in my requests for operating manuals to pricing proposal explanation details.
